.Tao, Way, Path, Nature, Tao is everything that exist and everything that does not. Tao is both yin and yang, yet is the source of
both yin and yang. Unity is its source and duality its manifestation. That which manifest is definable, while its source is undefinable.

By staying aware I can invite God's presence into my conversation to see the presence of God in the eyes of the person or persons
as I am communicating . To feel the presence of God at the center of my all conversation
I have television movies and news holidays . Once a week I do not turn on television set or read newspapers or listen to anything
negative from media . It does relieve stress
